Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Standard shipping is free on all orders to addresses in the United States. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you place your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking when it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after they ship. Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons such as the holidays can slow them down, so order holiday gifts early. - For delivery by December 25, please order by December 10.

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show movement after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address the customer provided. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at support@upfinch.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
